Your tasks

  • Support of sales and management in all organisational and administrative matters
  • Interface to customers and internal employees
  • Planning and organization of business trips, meetings and events Offer creation and order processing
  • Purchasing hardware and software, as well as office materials personnel management (e.g. holiday lists, appointments for job interviews, travel expenses)
  • Office management (e.g. reception, mail, office organization)
    Your profile

Your skills

  • Ideally, you have completed business or adequate training
  • We require good knowledge of common MS Office applications
  • Good English skills are desirable
  • You convince by your friendly nature as well as your independent and reliable way of working
  • You are adaptable and look forward to new challenges
  • You determine your scope for design and your personal development possibilities by your success.
