- Support of sales and management in all organisational and administrative matters
- Interface to customers and internal employees
- Planning and organization of business trips, meetings and events Offer creation and order processing
- Purchasing hardware and software, as well as office materials personnel management (e.g. holiday lists, appointments for job interviews, travel expenses)
- Office management (e.g. reception, mail, office organization)

Your skills
- Ideally, you have completed business or adequate training
- We require good knowledge of common MS Office applications
- Good English skills are desirable
- You convince by your friendly nature as well as your independent and reliable way of working
